Corporate Classic Sandwich Platter - $4.75
A selection of turkey breast, ham, and roast beef with Swiss and cheddar cheese stacked high with lettuce and tomato on assorted breads including: cracked wheat, rye, sourdough, and French rolls. Condiments served on side.

Deli Cocktail Sandwiches - $5.00
Two homemade whole wheat or white cocktail rolls stuffed with chicken, tuna, or egg salad, lettuce and tomatoes- served with condiments on the side.

Add $.85/person to substitute croissants. Add $1.50/person to have pepperoncinis and pickles on side

Chairmen's Choice Platter - $5.50
An assortment of sandwiches from the following selection: Honey roasted turkey breast with avocado, cheddar, lettuce, and tomatoes; Monterey turkey, bacon and jack cheese club; Antipasto with sliced ham, salami, pepperoncinis, Swiss cheese, lettuce, and tomato; Santa Fe with sliced grilled chicken, green chilies, bacon, jalapeno cheese, tomato, and lettuce; Smoked pecan chicken salad with lettuce and tomato; Albacore tuna with lettuce and tomato. Vegetarian sandwiches available upon request.

Grilled sliced chicken breasts, ham, roast beef, turkey, salami, Swiss and Colby cheese beautifully displayed with lettuce, tomato, petite croissants & cocktail rolls.

South of the Border

The following taco and fajita bars include our home-made multi-colored tortilla chips with salsa and the following condiments: sour cream, shredded lettuce, and grated cheddar cheese.

Prepared with onions and peppers. Served with two fiesta-colored taco shells per person.

Steak - $6.75
With onions and red and green bell peppers. Served with two flour tortillas per person. 

Pollo Asado - $6.85
Chicken breast marinated in fruit juices, garlic and cilantro served with picante rice, tossed salad, dressings and fiesta-colored chips with salsa.

Crab and Swiss Quesadillas - $6.95 Two large flour tortillas stuffed with a mixture of crab, Swiss cheese, onions, cream cheese, and mayonnaise served with: sour cream, salsa, guacamole, refried beans, and Spanish rice.

Red Chicken or Beef Enchiladas - $6.95
Served with picante rice, refried beans, sour cream and shredded lettuce.

Chicken Mole - $7.00
Chicken filets are simmered in a traditional mole sauce and is served with Spanish rice and refried beans.

Vegetable Fajitas - $7.50
Grilled zucchini, yellow squash, onions, and red & green peppers. Served with rice and beans, condiments, and two flour tortillas per person.
